Please reach me at info@coletteschildcare.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
You can begin by booking a tour. During the tour, we can discuss any specific needs your child may have and address any questions you may have. Following the tour, we can proceed with filling out an enrollment form and scheduling some settling-in sessions.
Yes, I provide healthy breakfast, lunch, tea and snacks for the children. Please let us know if your child has any dietary restrictions.
A comforter can help soothe your child when they are upset, so remember to pack one along with a change of clothes. Don't forget to bring nappies and formula/breast milk if needed.
If you are going to be late to collect your child, then please let me know as soon as possible. If you do not advise that you will be late then after 15 minutes we will contact the parent to find out why they are delayed. If they are not available we will try to contact the other nominated adults who authorised to collect. A charge of your usual hourly rate will apply in 15 minute increments.
If you require someone, who is not noted on your child’s form, to pick up your child from nursery, we will require you to give their full name and a brief description and photo if possible, of the person we would also like you to organise a password for them to use.
We play outside often, i ask that clothing suitable for wet and cold weather be supplied.
I am closed for up to 5 weeks per year, one week at Christmas and one week at Easter. the remaining weeks are planned with the parents in advance. There is no charge for these weeks. I am usually closed for bank holidays and these are included in the fees. If your child is away for any further holidays or through illness, then the full fees are payable.
As part of our Safeguarding policy and Ofsted requirements mobile phones are not allowed to be used by parents, or visitors. This is due to the camera/video facility on most phones.
I do take the children out on trips and small outings to local facilities such as libraries, parks and occasionally galleries, theatres and museums. We would normally use public transport.
